Log:
Add maven-clean-plugin and maven-deploy-plugin to <pluginManagement> and remove
maven-idea-plugin from <pluginManagement>
(removed the idea plugin because Jörg Schaible makes the point that the user
should use the plugin version appropriate to the version of idea they are using)
