Hi @andrea-janna both the counts are for volume snapshots only, doesn't include VM instance snapshots. The Resources card picks the count through list snapshots, and the Storage card picks it from list accounts (using the snapshot resource count & limits). I checked it with 2 users on the same account and creating multiple snapshots (on KVM and global setting 'kvm.incremental.snapshot' set to false) with these users, and the dashboard shows the total snapshot count of the account for both the users, which are the same. Few questions - What is the hypervisor? if KVM, what is the value of global setting 'kvm.incremental.snapshot'?
