does not include FKs of the deleted objects if the to-one relationship this FK
belongs to is a one-way relationship (incorrect). If the relationship is
two-way, the FK is included (correct).

Just noticed that [commit
log|https://cayenne.apache.org/docs/4.0/cayenne-guide/#ext-commit-log] does not
include FKs of the deleted objects. I have use cases where FKs is the
information I am after on commit, so this is rather inconvenient. Also this
info is readily available. We just need to include it in commit log.
I will be working on a fix...
