I'd like to help out with this CEP, I've been learning more about Cassandra
internals but haven't yet had a chance to meaningfully contribute to any CEP
like this. I notice CASSANDRA-21021 seems to be a little bit stale. Are we good
to start on any of the new features, like CASSANDRA-20935 for example?
