Description:
Noticed that on the deployed [UCS documentation page
|https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/5.0/cassandra/managing/operating/compaction/ucs.html]
that formulas don't render properly (see attached)

This appears to be because MathJax (among other js) can't be loaded.
