This test will pass if force is set to true when stopping the native transport
[here|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/cassandra-5.0/src/java/org/apache/cassandra/service/CassandraDaemon.java#L836],
but that is obviously a big hammer approach that is not entirely correct.
