The resolved build/test graph includes four public advisory matches. Remove the obsolete Source Link 8 package in favor of the Source Link bundled with the pinned stable .NET 9.0.320 SDK, pin the three affected test-only transitives to patched versions, and replace the .NET 9 preview Microsoft.Extensions dependencies with 9.0.0. Keep the existing target-framework matrix and C# APIs. Test dependencies remain private to the test project. Validation: extracted-source build of all 11 library targets, 3,586 passing tests across nine Windows runtime targets with pinned conformance cases, and a fresh transitive NuGet advisory query with no matches. The package-validation correction is a separate prerequisite for packing.
