The package still declares the legacy npm identity and version, and LICENSE omits the MIT terms for the bundled node-ip implementation. Prepare `apache-casbin` 5.52.0, update installation examples and incubation display, explicitly include legal files in the npm package, and add the node-ip license. Validation: frozen install, lint, 240 tests with no skips, and CJS/ESM builds pass.
