Thanks for the report! Fixed in https://github.com/apache/casbin-rs/commit/a6318a54c163673c02a4445548a19e135c68fb3a. When the policy set is empty, policy tokens are now set to unit instead of empty strings. So `r.sub == p.sub` can no longer match empty request values, and a matcher error (e.g. `regexMatch(r.act, p.act)` on a missing policy value) now denies the request. Matchers that don't depend on a policy, like `r.sub == "root"`, still work as before. This commit also fixes `StringAdapter::load_filtered_policy`, which was reading the wrong columns and dropping every rule. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
