   Uopdate 2: When GKE is updated to use the 'latest' kubernetes version, the 
error changes to "camel-k-integration-kit-controller  Cannot reconcile 
Integration Kit kit-bsqgln23se6vbbiof2d0: cannot create build: 
Build.camel.apache.org "kit-bsqgln23se6vbbiof2d0" is invalid: type: Required 
value"
