This is to separate [GenerateComponentMojo](https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/master/tooling/maven/camel-package-maven-plugin/src/main/java/org/apache/camel/maven/packaging/GenerateComponentMojo.java) into separate component for 3rd party developers. Tested on @oscerd Cassandra component.
