I see that the Strimzi doc mention this as a recipe to make a custom image for kafka connectors: ``` FROM strimzi/kafka:latest-kafka-2.4.0 USER root:root COPY ./my-plugins/ /opt/kafka/plugins/ USER 1001 ``` I see 2 differences with your Dockerfile: - USER 1001 (i.e. some permissions problems?) - and that probably you end up with a different directory layout? (i.e. it seems that each plugin should be in its own sub-directory under `/opt/kafka/plugins/` like `COPY plugins/ /opt/kafka/plugins/` ?)
