The operator instructions on [operatorhub](https://operatorhub.io) got me almost all of the way there (if only i could isolate why i am seeing the crashloopbackoff). At this point I've destroyed all the camel-k kubernetes resources and am going back to a clean slate, and trying to find the simplest instructions to follow. Rather than [these](https://operatorhub.io/operator/camel-k/alpha/camel-k-operator.v1.0.0-m3) I could use [these](https://camel.apache.org/camel-k/latest/installation/installation.html), however its not clear which of these apply to my k8s configuration. Clean slate starting point: K8S Version  Current Resources
