Follow-up of #28733: apply the same pattern to all `camel-cxf` tests. ## Changes - Remove `CXFTestSupport` and the `camel-cxf-common` test-jar (and its dependencies in `camel-cxf-*`, `camel-opentelemetry`, `camel-opentelemetry2`, `camel-telemetry`, `camel-telemetry-dev`, `camel-micrometer-observability`). - Each test class allocates its own port(s) with `AvailablePortFinder` as late as possible (`@BeforeAll`, or just before the Spring context is created for Spring tests) and releases them in `@AfterAll`/teardown. No port is allocated at class-load time or in a field initialiser anymore, and no shared static port is used. - Spring XML files use a system property specific to the test, `<TestClassName>.portN`, set right before the context is created and cleared afterwards. The test class name is used as prefix, so there is no clash between classes with the same simple name in different modules. - Update the `cxf-component.adoc` mention of `CXFTestSupport`. ## Tests `camel-cxf-rest` (57), `camel-cxf-soap` (181), `camel-cxf-spring-rest` (111), `camel-cxf-spring-soap` (161) pass. _IBM Bob on behalf of Aurélien Pupier_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
