Locally (14 cores, Maven offline), `mvn test` went from 35.8s and 31.8s (baseline) to 11.0s, 10.8s and 11.0s with the flag, 346 tests passing in every run. ## Checks - Three keystore tests write a fixed `keystore.jks` in the working directory, but nothing reads it back (they use the in-memory keystore), so the concurrent writes and deletes are harmless. - The other file-writing tests use `@TempDir`. - Only surefire is changed.
