Thanks for the review. On the port range: I added to the comment above the port constants of `PineconeLocalContainerInfraService` that the index ports are bound to the same host ports, as pinecone-local gives each index host as `localhost:<port>`, so a container serves at most five indexes and a test that creates more needs a wider range.
