chore: camel-observation - import the OpenTelemetry BOMs so the test
classpath has one OpenTelemetry version (#29048)
micrometer-tracing-integration-test 1.7.2 brings in
opentelemetry-sdk-common,
opentelemetry-sdk-trace and others at 1.62.0, and they win over the
${opentelemetry-version} jars of opentelemetry-sdk-testing. With
OpenTelemetry 1.67.0 (PR 28992) every test fails with NoClassDefFoundError
io/opentelemetry/api/internal/ConfigUtil, as that class moved from
opentelemetry-api to opentelemetry-common.
