Related: our own `extensions/mcp-server/runtime/src/main/doc/usage.adoc`
("Serving over stdio") currently says that with the stdio transport added, "the
same Camel tools are then served over both transports". As part of this issue,
I'd reword that section to "use one transport" (add stdio and disable HTTP),
and drop the "both at once" statement until quarkus-mcp-server confirms it's
supported.
