The multi namespace installation procedures (Kustomize, OLM, Helm) are moved
out of `installation.adoc` into a dedicated
`installation/multi-namespace.adoc` page:
- New page keeps the three procedures verbatim with their existing anchors
(`multi-namespace-kustomize`, `multi-namespace-olm`,
`multi-namespace-helm`)
- `installation.adoc` keeps the topology overview and now links to the new
page via `xref:`
- Added the new page to the Antora nav under Installation
No other pages referenced the moved anchors (verified with grep).
