Closes #81. Stacked on #126; retarget to `main` once that is merged. On Camel 4.23 `CamelCircuitBreakerResponseRejected` is set inside `onFallback` (CAMEL-24818). The fallback now chooses its body on it: - `supplier failed, using last known stock`: the call was made and failed (checks 4, 5 and the half-open trial on check 10). - `breaker open, supplier not called, using last known stock`: the open breaker rejected the call. The README's *What you will see* is the 4.23.0 output, *How it works* explains both cases and why check 5 already shows `OPEN`, and a new step 5 and a *Try changing* entry point at `camel get circuit-breaker` with its fallback, rejected and timeout counters (CAMEL-24819). The Citrus test checks both fallback lines and still checks that the breaker closes again. The metadata description is updated and the catalog regenerated. Tested locally with Camel 4.23.0: `camel validate yaml --canonical` succeeds and the Citrus test passes. _Claude Code on behalf of davsclaus_ 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
