CAMEL-25820: LogConfigurationTest starts without the log directory property
that another test may have left (#28146)

The tests of camel-jbang-core run in reused forks. A test of a command that
configured the logging leaves
    camel.jbang.logDir set, and when
withoutTheDirectoryOfTheCliTheLogFileIsInTheCamelDirectoryOfTheUser ran after
it in
the same fork, the log file was in that test's directory. Each test now
starts without the property.
