The `camel_get_errors` description that says it answers for an integration that is not running (#28127) grew the core prefix of the AI panel to ~5119 tokens, over the 5100 budget of `AiPanelPromptBudgetTest`. Every PR build based on current main fails in `camel-jbang-plugin-tui` with: ``` AiPanelPromptBudgetTest.corePrefixStaysWithinBudget:150 core prefix grew to ~5119 tokens, budget 5100 ``` This raises `CORE_BUDGET_TOKENS` to 5200 with the "raised from" note the test asks for.
