Integration tests failed with couchbase 8.0.3. The failures appear to be
**behavioral changes** introduced by Couchbase 8.0.x that require human review.

### Root cause analysis
**Couchbase 8.0 breaking changes:**
1. **New default storage backend**: Couchbase 8.0 changed the default bucket
storage backend from Couchstore to Magma (128 vBuckets). `ConsumeSqlQueryIT`
creates a bucket without specifying `storageBackend`, which now defaults to
Magma. The query service appears to not be available immediately after cluster
init with Magma buckets.
2. **View query failures**: `ConsumeMessagesWithLimitIT` and
`ConsumeResumeStrategyIT` use MapReduce views. The base class
`CouchbaseIntegrationTestBase` correctly specifies `StorageBackend.COUCHSTORE`
— but view queries return 0 results, suggesting views indexing behavior has
changed or the view service is slower to initialize in 8.0.3.
Note: MapReduce Views are deprecated since Couchbase Server 7.0 and will
eventually be removed.
### Recommended fixes (requires human review)
- `ConsumeSqlQueryIT`: Add `waitForQueryService()` or retry logic before
`createPrimaryIndex`, OR explicitly set `StorageBackend.COUCHSTORE` to match
the old default behavior.
- `ConsumeMessagesWithLimitIT` / `ConsumeResumeStrategyIT`: Investigate if
the view port is exposed and views are indexed before assertions. May need
increased wait time or migration to SQL++ queries.
