Hi @oscerd — your CHANGES_REQUESTED review from Oct 9 flagged a real bug: the daemon-thread failures in `DefaultExecutorServiceManagerTest` were deterministic and caused by the `WORKER_THREAD_POOL` executor creating non-daemon threads that confused the listener assertions. That finding directly drove the decision to switch to `FORK_JOIN_POOL` instead. The current diff no longer touches `WORKER_THREAD_POOL` at all — all three junit-platform.properties locations now set `executor-service=FORK_JOIN_POOL`, which keeps ForkJoinPool workers (always daemon) and leaves the existing `CamelParallelExecutionStrategy` behaviour intact.
