Remove the TCCL workaround from MockBackendUtils The context class loader switch was added with the Quarkus 3.22.0.CR1 upgrade. The regression behind it (quarkusio/quarkus#47419) is fixed since Quarkus 3.22.0, and the other #7274 workarounds were reverted in #7292.
