commit 2261fdbd02ee4cf107f59d61cf69510235f1e00e
Author: Luigi De Masi <[email protected]>

CAMEL-25311: Add Wolf Defender test infrastructure

Provision the pinned local model through a test-infra service. Reuse a
verified persistent cache when downloads are explicitly enabled, or use
existing model files without modifying them. Serialize cache updates and
publish downloaded files only after checksum validation.

Use the service in the model integration tests while retaining native
platform checks and document both provisioning modes.

+= Wolf Defender test service
+
+This service supplies the pinned Wolf Defender Small model files for tests
that run local inference.
+It implements the test-infra JUnit lifecycle and requires no container runtime.
+
+[source,java]
+----
+@RegisterExtension
+static WolfDefenderService model = new WolfDefenderService();
+----
+
+After initialization, `model.getModelDirectory()` returns the verified model
directory.
+
+Use `-DwolfDefender.download=true` to download missing files into
+`${user.home}/.camel-test/wolf-defender/<revision>` and reuse them on later
runs.
+The revision and SHA-256 checksums are pinned in the service. Downloads become
visible only after verification,
+and a file lock prevents concurrent processes from provisioning the same cache
at once.
+Set `-DwolfDefender.cacheDirectory=/path/to/cache` to choose a different cache
root.
+Shutdown retains cached files.
+
+Use `-DwolfDefender.modelDirectory=/path/to/model`, or `new
WolfDefenderService(path)`, to supply existing files.
+These files are verified but never downloaded or modified, even if the
download option is enabled.
+The directory must contain `config.json`, `tokenizer.json`, and
`onnx/onnx_fp32/model.onnx` for revision
+`bcab2eff97bcabd7227849639e2d0d7a61b46c92` of
+https://huggingface.co/patronus-studio/wolf-defender-prompt-injection-small[Wolf
 Defender Small].
+The FP32 model download is approximately 563 MB.
+
+Tests should use `WolfDefenderService.isEnabled()` in their JUnit execution
condition to require explicit opt-in,
+together with any native platform checks required by their inference runtime.
+Construction and `isEnabled()` perform no I/O; provisioning happens during
`initialize()`.
+The service itself only manages files and has no dependency on ONNX Runtime or
DJL Tokenizers.
