Upgrades the Floci test container image from 1.6.0 to 2.2.0 and adapts the AWS tests to its stricter behavior: * **EKS**: Floci now validates that subnets exist. When running against Floci, the tests use the subnets of Floci's default VPC. * **EKS**: `CreateCluster` now attaches to the VPC Docker network and stalls on retries when no Docker socket is available, so `Aws2TestResource` mounts the socket for EKS as well as Lambda. * **Kinesis Firehose**: Floci honors `BufferingHints`, so other records sent to the delivery stream can be batched into the same S3 object.
