Fixes #92. `security/ocsf` sends to `langchain4j-chat` with `chatModel: "#chatModel"`, but no file declared the bean any more: the `beans:` block was lost when the file was rewritten to the canonical YAML form. `POST /api/ocsf/detection-finding/summarize` failed on the missing bean. - The `chatModel` bean is back, in the builder form of `ai/langchain4j-chat` (`type`, `builderClass`, `builderMethod`, `properties`), using `ollama.base.url` and `ollama.model.name` from `application.properties`. - The README ran the example from a 4.18.0-SNAPSHOT build with explicit `--dep` flags. camel-ocsf is released, so it is now `camel run ocsf.camel.yaml application.properties --port 8081`; `camel run` adds the dependencies by itself. The other example in the issue, `ai/docling-langchain4j-rag`, already got its bean back in #93, and its README no longer has the Groovy form.
