Closes #98. `showcase/smart-log-analyzer` is several apps, run one by one as its README says. `camel run --example` and the example browsers run an example as one integration, so they cannot start it. It is now marked `"exclude": true`, like the other larger reference examples (`security/`, `transformation/`, parts of `cloud/`). It stays in the repository with its README, but leaves the catalog and the example tables. AGENTS.md lists it with the others.
