Three examples fail on every message or at startup without something the catalog did not say: - `ai/langchain4j-chat`: a local model, `ollama pull granite4:3b`. - `ai/openai-pii-redaction`: an OpenAI-compatible API, set `OPENAI_API_KEY`. - `contracts/openapi-client`: `contracts/openapi-server` running first. Their `needs` field now says so, concretely. The README tables show it, and the catalog carries it for `camel run --example` and the example browsers to show before a run.
