### Description The fix for #9262 pins `sql-server.container.image` to `mcr.microsoft.com/mssql/server:2025-CU9-ubuntu-22.04`, because the ubuntu-24.04 based images (incl. `2025-latest`) crash randomly on startup: microsoft/mssql-docker#974. The pinned tag gets no new CUs, and nothing updates container images automatically (dependabot covers only maven and github-actions). When microsoft/mssql-docker#974 is fixed, switch back to `2025-latest` and remove the related comment in the root `pom.xml`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
