Backport of #27377 to `camel-4.18.x`. [CAMEL-25340](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25340) The production code, the component doc paragraph and the regenerated metadata are the same as in #27377. The tests needed adapting, so this is not a straight cherry-pick: - On `camel-4.18.x` the camel-spring-ws tests use FEST-Assert, and the module has no AssertJ dependency. The four new `BasicMessageFilterTest` cases are therefore written in the file's FEST style. They cover the same scenarios: `Camel*` headers, including a case variant and a QName element, are not written; a supplied strategy is applied; a `null` strategy writes every header. - The tests use the junit5 `ExchangeTestSupport` and `CamelSpringTestSupport` available on this branch. - The catalog copy of the component doc does not exist on this branch, so it is not added. The upgrade-guide notes for 4.22.2 and 4.18.5 were added on `main` by #27377.
