The website build could not publish because `asf-site` in `camel-website-pub` had diverged between gitbox and GitHub. On 2026-09-29, the \"CDN cache invalidation\" commit `fbc2d021` reached GitHub, but gitbox's update hook failed and rejected it there. From then on, every build pushed a commit on top of the older gitbox head. The sync to GitHub was a non-fast-forward, so gitbox refused the push: ``` remote: ! [rejected] ... -> asf-site (non-fast-forward) remote: error: hook declined to update refs/heads/asf-site ``` This was fixed by hand by pushing `fbc2d021` to gitbox. This change makes the Deploy stage fix the same problem on its own: after cloning from gitbox, it fast-forwards to GitHub's `asf-site`. If GitHub is ahead, the next push to gitbox carries those commits and both sides line up again. If there's nothing to fast-forward, or the branches truly diverge, the step does nothing (`--ff-only ... || true`) and the build behaves as before. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
