Regarding [point 6 of the review](https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27082#pullrequestreview-5353521566): fixed in [02f4ad4b4f46](https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27082/commits/02f4ad4b4f46ceaa0efaf0521b92832ddc29e7e9). YAML-to-XML and Java-to-YAML/XML conversions now export the registered questions and their effective numeric policies. MCP includes camel-semantic to load those declarations, and Java expression clauses are materialized before serialization so `.language("semantic", "ref:department")` survives too.
