@oscerd agreed, thanks. I added a note to `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_23.adoc`
in 50a7368a2 ("camel-util - retainAll on the key set of the message headers
ignores case", in the camel-core section after the Splitter entry). It says
that `headers.keySet().retainAll(List.of("accept"))` now keeps `Accept` where
earlier versions removed it, and shows how to keep headers by exact name with
`removeIf`. There is no note for `remove`/`removeAll`, since those only get
back the behavior of 4.20. The branch still merges cleanly with main.
