    CAMEL-24917: fix the build - the doc test kept a call the consolidation 
made redundant
    
    CatalogDocExamplesTest reads its blocks with DocBlocks.examples, which 
already
    leaves out the blocks marked to be skipped, but the old markedToSkip call 
was
    left behind and it refers to a matcher that no longer exists, so the module
    does not compile.
    
    It came in with the merge of main into CAMEL-24918 and CI did not see it: 
the
    catalog change put the number of affected modules over the threshold, so the
    dependent modules, camel-jbang-core among them, were not built.
