    Fixes #8860. Add GraalVM substitution for optional zstd-jni in httpclient5
    
    Substitute ZstdRuntime.available() to return false when zstd-jni is
    absent, preventing native image build failure on unresolved
    ZstdDecompressCtx. Follows existing Brotli and Xz substitution pattern.
