@jamesnetherton - I wonder if this could be fixed by adding a
`CamelBeanQualifierResolver` like
```java
public static class PersistenceUnitQualifierResolver implements
CamelBeanQualifierResolver {
@Override
public Annotation[] resolveQualifiers() {
return new Annotation[] { new
PersistenceUnit.PersistenceUnitLitera(name) };
}
}
```
The Quarkus PersistenceUnit CDI looks like

```java
@Inject
