Some simplification of AWS support on CQ. * Removes Quarkus Amazon Services tests * Removes documentation references to Quarkus Amazon Services * Adds a note to the migration guide about the preferred CQ AWS usage * Continue to sync, align and test with the AWS SDK version that Quarkus Amazon Services uses. Since this version will be forced on us in the platform.
