[I] Unable to add "Policy" in routes [camel-karavan]

   ### Describe the bug
   
   Camel allows to add a policy ref using Policy Definitions but in Karavan, a 
"policy" component is not found. It appears only in Knowledgehub.

   2. Click on '....'
   3. Scroll down to '....'
