I dug into this a bit more. For now, I think excluding the dependency is the best way to deal with this. `xpp3` was previously optional in `dstu2016may`, but since the groupId change to `org.ogce`, it became mandatory. I opened an issue in the [FHIR Core project](https://github.com/hapifhir/org.hl7.fhir.core) to clarify whether it should be mandatory or not. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
