I missed it in the review of the CQ migration guide, but we don't need the `xref:` prefix for the link to the Quarkus 3 migration docs as it's an external URL. Then for the Camel migration guide, it should look like `xref:manual::camel-4-migration-guide.adoc[Apache Camel 3.x to 4.0 Migration guide]`. That should hopefully fix the issues related to CQ.
