Follows https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/issues/4560. Usage of `Lifecycle.PER_CLASS` in the reproducer from issue #4560 should work as a workaround. From the brief check it seems, that somehow the camelContext is not propagated to parent `CamelTestSupport`, therefore test fails because the contexts are not the same.
