I'm afraid i'll break the build because with multi-arch images we can't rely on the local image store (see https://github.com/docker/buildx/issues/59). I've worked around it and hope that none of the processes rely on 'the image just being there'. Also, I see a 'docker build' step for a 'bundle'.
