   Yes, so from now on, we need to remeber to add `--maven-repository 
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots-group@snapshots` 
whenever you want to test `kamel local` with a locally built `kamel` cli. I was 
thinking if there's a smart way to add the snapshot repo to the default repos 
set so that we won't need to add `--maven-repository` manually during 
development.
