The commit for issue #72 does not work. my local change...replace
getRalativePath (sic)
I changed path to fsPath and forced normalization of the path because the
workspace folder path is normalilzed already.
Would somebody please try on *nix?

vscode.workspace.workspaceFolders[0].uri.fsPath : "" ;
