camel-quarkus has tooling/scripts/update-antora-yaml.groovy which despite its uninformative name now updates the version and related info in antora.yml and the branch in source-map.yml during the release process. We should add this to all the subprojects, it will considerably simplify the release process. It might need to be rewritten in go for camel-k.
