This: - commits the UI bundle - Adds a GitHub actions workflow adapted from the main camel `master-push-build.yml` that is supposed to build the UI bundle and check for differences and create a PR. THIS NEEDS REIEW (IMHO). In particular I left the `assignees: oscerd` because I don't know the syntax.
