Unfortunately the current process of having a local playbook is unmaintainable, as you are experiencing. I think you need all the start_paths changes from camel-spring-boot in the camel-website antora-playbook.yml. I guess I can make a PR against this branch? It may take a bit of time, so please fix it if you can.
