Well, I'm still a bit confused why it misses the capability. I did some debugging of felix resolver (1.16) and got `[org.apache.camel.karaf.camel-blueprint/3.11.2] osgi.service; objectClass=org.apache.aries.blueprint.NamespaceHandler; osgi.service.blueprint.namespace="http://camel.apache.org/schema/blueprint,http://camel.apache.org/schema/placeholder";; effective:=active` for the camel-blueprint bundle.
